Students may choose courses from any one of the following two majors. A student of BA in English: Major in Literature has to take 10 elective courses and BA in English: Major in Linguistics & TEFL has to take 9 elective courses and one Teaching Practicum.

Major in Linguistics & TEFL

First Major: Any TEN (10) courses equivalent to (10 X 3) 30 credit hours from the following have to be completed for a First Major in Linguistics & TEFL.

Second Major: Any SIX (6) courses equivalent to (6 X 3) 18 credit hours from the following have to be completed for a Second Major in in Linguistics & TEFL.

Minor: Any FOUR (4) courses equivalent to (4 X 3) 12 credit hours from the following have to be completed for a Minor in in Linguistics & TEFL.
